Version 1.5.1 for iPhone
An analog listening journal for people who want to know what record is playing, import vinyl cleanly from Discogs, care for the whole audio chain and keep stylus hours honest.
Choose a record, start the timer or use optional vinyl recognition when music is nearby.
A local record shelf with cleaner Discogs vinyl imports and safer record cleanup.
Turntables, cartridges, styli, amplifiers and speakers stay in one audio passport.
Care tools, cleaning notes and maintenance context live next to listening history.
What's new in 1.5.1
This update tightens the version 1.5 foundation: Discogs now focuses on vinyl, collection cleanup is safer, and the app is better behaved after first setup.
Non-vinyl entries are skipped and counted, so your local collection stays focused on records.
Discogs tracklists are requested only for imported vinyl releases, keeping batch import more predictable.
Removing a record also cleans related listens, care logs and recognition history.
Demo data is seeded only once, with small stability and Polish/English copy improvements.
What it does
Igla i Rowek is local-first: no account, no pressure, no social noise. It is a tool for the daily ritual of playing records, recognising what is nearby and caring for an analog setup.
Pick a record, the active stylus and your listening chain. The timer handles the session, then saves it to history.
Turntables, cartridges and individual styli are tracked separately, because a stylus wears faster than the rest of the system.
Stats show listening time, session count, most-played records and the styli getting the most hours.
Version 1.5.1
This is not tracking for tracking's sake. The app helps remember what played, how long it ran, which stylus collected the hours and how the whole setup changes over time.
Version 1.5.1 improves the everyday edge cases: Discogs imports avoid non-vinyl clutter, record removal cleans linked local history, and first-run demo data stays under control.
