What to include
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The Spin or Stay app version.
- The imported file type: GPX or FIT.
- The selected weather source: Auto, Apple, Open-Meteo, or MET.
- A short description of the step where the issue appeared.
Common topics
No route forecast
Check your network connection and switch the weather source to Open-Meteo or MET to confirm that the issue is not limited to one provider.
Apple Weather / WeatherKit
Apple Weather requires active WeatherKit configuration for the app identifier. If Apple Weather does not return a forecast, Auto mode can try the next provider.
File import
Spin or Stay supports GPX and FIT files. A route file must contain at least two route points.
